Implementation Assistance

In consultation with organisational change management experts, we’ve developed a comprehensive implementation assistance program. In this program we work with you to develop an implementation plan for your new software, identify potential roadblocks and ensure that everyone in your business is on board and has the training they need to use the new system effectively.

standard

In the standard program, we cover all features of your software at once. The entire process is usually completed in one week. 

advanced

In our advanced program, we assign a change management assistant to work with you in a full-time or part-time capacity until your software has been successfully implemented. In this case, we usually implement the software and training in stages.
